A quiche is an open-faced pie made of pastry crust filled of eggs and cream, with cheese, meat,  seafood or vegetables. Quiche Lorraine is the most popular variant (super easy to make and tastes great), but Philippe offers a selection of at least 6 quiches and 10 desserts each day by playing with seasonal fruits and vegetables. We haven’t really been able to find this anywhere else so far. And if you think Philippe must be overweight because he likes to eat what he cooks, you’re definitely wrong. He’s fit!
